Curlers need to fill in the Club's Registration Form, Participation Waiver and Curling Alberta Data Collection and Consent Form. There is also an annual Individual Curler Fee (ICF) of $13. The ICF includes personal accident insurance for curlers at our club. This coverage is there to help our participants in case of any accident or injury that may happen as a result of participating in curling. Give the fee and completed form to the league coordinator and the club will forward this to Curling Alberta on their behalf. Forms packages are available on the bulletin board at the club.
